Simultaneous analysis of multiple elements in high speed
High sensitivity, ultra-low detection limit, and up to 9 orders of magnitude detection range;
New hexapole collision system eliminates the interference of polyatomic ions;
New vacuum chamber structure, free of wire connection and having components asymmetrically inserted for easy maintenance
Special mobile connector structure enabling easy mantling/dismantling of sampling cone and skimmer cone in vacuum condition, easy maintenance;
