Product Features
It utilizes GC-FID method for testing, which is in line with Chinese national standard HJ 38-2017 Stationary Source Emission- Determination of Total Hydrocarbons, Methane and Non-methane Hydrocarbons-Gas Chromatography.
Full thermal sample analysis: the temperature of sampling probe and pipeline and the entire process exceeds 120 ° C (which can be adjusted according to actual site needs and sample conditions). The method effectively reduces sample loss and improves precision and reliability of monitoring data.
The FID detector’s safety design: it has an auto-ignition function when the set conditions are met; it will judge to extinguish flame to ensure safe use of hydrogen.
Automatic calibration at remote/near ends. The calibration cycle can be set in the program to execute quality control of instrument and isolate faults.
The software has functions such as auto recording and storage of data & spectrum, auto diagnosis, and auto alarm, with historical data and curves can be queried and displayed in multiple report formats.
Multiple data transmission including LAN, RS232, RS48, and 4-20mA, which conforms to Modbus Protocol, achieves real-time communication and can be connected to monitoring centers of enterprises or environmental protection departments
Customized solutions if necessary: for installation areas requiring explosion-proof feature, a tailor-made explosion-proof cabin or machine can be provided to meet safety and environmental requirements
