The EAQM-5000 Zero Air Generator is a supporting calibration instrument for EAQM Series. It can provide pure gas that contains no components to be measured or components having interference to test samples. It can effectively filter water, S02, 03, NO, N02, CO, HC, methane and non-methane gases in the air.
Application Fields:
Supporting gas for ambient air analyzers and pollution monitors.
Product Features:
Low noise, purely oil-free gas, and two-stage voltage regulator to ensure high stability in output voltage
Cold drying and water removal utilizing pressure swing adsorption method, temperature display, automatic drainage, automatic purification, and routne maintenance free.
High temperature catalytic oxidation with precious metal material as catalyst. Complete oxidation of hydrocarbons and CO to carbon dioxide and water for purification purpose.
Built-in nitrogen oxide and inorganic sulfur removal device.
With particle filtration device and patented dehumidification system, the dew point of the gas falls below -70℃, and the particle diameter less than 0.01 micron.
