EDX 3000 meets the requirements of national standard GB/T 18043-2013 for instrument resolution.EDX3000 adopts Si-PIN semiconductor detector, which is far better than proportional counter detector; it can accurately analyze the contents of gold, silver,platinum, palladium, copper, zinc and nickel in gold,platinum and K-gold ornaments.
